Booking policy

Please review the confirmation sent after you book. It contains the current payment, access and session-specific terms.

Booking and payment

Submitting a time through Calendly begins the booking process. Follow the payment and confirmation instructions you receive. A time should not be treated as final until it is confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, use the rescheduling or cancellation link in your confirmation as early as possible. Contact the Santuri team for the terms that apply to refunds, late changes or missed sessions.

Using the space

Bookings are available between 9:00 and 18:00, with a minimum duration of one hour. Staff are available to help throughout your visit. Studio engineers can be arranged at 2,500 KES per hour.

Drinks, smoking and belongings

Keep liquids in closed containers and away from equipment. Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. Keep personal belongings with you and check the room before leaving; Santuri cannot take responsibility for unattended items.

Respect and inclusion

Everyone is welcome at Santuri. We ask all visitors to treat one another with dignity and respect; harassment or discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.

Equipment and room care

Use equipment responsibly, follow staff guidance and leave the room as you found it. Tell the team in advance about specialist equipment, accessibility or staffing requirements.
