Privacy

When online accounts are available, we use your name, email address, bookings, membership details, payment references and allowance records to manage your access to Santuri spaces. Existing Calendly links remain available for bookings.

Online accounts and booking records

Accounts and booking records are stored with Supabase. You can view your own records; authorised Santuri staff can manage bookings, verify payments and adjust memberships and allowances. Staff changes are recorded in an activity history. Your browser stores an authentication session so you can remain signed in. Sign out on shared devices.

Calendars and email

When connected, Google Calendar receives space names and booking times to manage availability. Account verification and password reset links are sent by email. Payment status is recorded by staff; this website does not collect card details or initiate payments.

Your information

Contact bookings@santuri.org to ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your information. The team will explain which booking and payment records need to be retained.

Calendly

When you open a booking calendar, Calendly may process the details you provide and use cookies or similar technology under its own privacy terms.

Website measurement

The site includes privacy-friendly event hooks for measuring actions such as room filters and booking-link clicks. No analytics service is currently configured in this repository.
