Allowances listed per week refresh every Monday and expire at the end of Sunday; unused weekly hours and sessions do not carry over. Membership itself remains active for 30 consecutive days from payment confirmation. All sessions, spaces and equipment are subject to availability and confirmation by the Santuri team.

Show your payment confirmation to the Santuri team in person. Your membership will be activated once payment is confirmed.

These shared expectations help protect members, staff, equipment and everyone’s access.
- Safeguarding
- Everyone is welcome at Santuri. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation or unsafe behaviour of any kind is not tolerated. Members must respect others, follow staff guidance and report safeguarding concerns to a Santuri team member.
- Booking
- All production and studio slots must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the Community Manager. Sessions, spaces and equipment remain subject to availability and must be confirmed by the Santuri team.
- Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the session. No-shows will forfeit their hours for that week.
- Liability
- Members are responsible for the proper care of equipment during their sessions.
- Payment
- Membership is active for 30 consecutive days from payment confirmation. Renew before the membership expires to maintain uninterrupted access; expired memberships automatically revert to the Free Tier.
